weaving is the back bone of textile Industry so we have in house setup for all fabrics needs , Our Looms produce fabrics 24 Hours in a day , we plan , weave as per our business requirement , and for our Regular requirements we also keep stock from our production to fullfill our clients requirement , we have the capacity to produce 3-4,000,00 fabrics in a month

BLEACHING

For Bleaching, we are using most advanced tools i.e. Brugman from Holland, Max Goller from Germany and Former Norton from England. We have continuous bleaching plants with the finished width of 3200mm.

dYEINg

Thermosole/Pad Steam Dyeing and Eight Former Norton Atmospheric Jiggers are capable of dyeing the fabric having working width up to 2500 mm and 3200mm respectively.

Printing

using new setup upto 15 colors printing in 4 repeats , fully quality control Lab testing meter to meter inspection method , That's why we are getting the best printing Result , Our associates processing units have most modern labs , having the facility of all kind of test required for Home textile & all matching under data colors.

Stitiching

Stitiching House consisting of Plain , over lock , Blind , Gathering , embroidery and lace work with most moderen machines , Producing the best and fancy articles in Home textiles , computerized single & Multi needle machines producing comforters , Mattress protectors , Quilted bed spreads in very large volumes

Knitting

Single knit fabric is knitted on four track machines. These machines can produce fabric such as single jersey, P.Q, mesh, drop needle jersey, bird eye jersey etc. we have sufficient arrangements for knitting all kind of fabrics with Lycra attachment equipment for best fabric stretch recovery. "Vanguard" & “Ssanyoung”  knitting machines are currently in production .
